3. Chairman’s Report

A. General Election Certification for Monroe County
Chris Edes Pre-Certification Results: 1615 (4.4%)
Chris Edes Post-Certification Results: 1723 (4.5%)
Conclusions: Chris received 1 to 11 ratio of votes improving upon his
previous election results.
There was no Cynthia Elliot Affect with all Brennan write-ins.

B. Rochester Human Rights Day
Date & Time: Thursday 12/10 @ 5:30pm 
Location: United 1st Presbyterian Church 121 N. Fitzhugh St., Rochester
Theme: The 1st Anniversary of World Peace
Note: Campaign for Liberty will be protesting the event.

C. Max K Voter Machine Audit Report
Time: 9am Set-Up, 11am Audit
Notes: Only 3% of Optical Voting Machines are audited
Wheatland & Rochester were audited
Max K observed the Rochester audit
Observations: The Optical Machine requires a write-in to be within the
box to be counted.
The Lever Machines will prefer a top line preference on multi-votes.

D. Silver Weighing Scale
Discussed purchasing a $20 scale to measure future silver paying dues
transactions.

3. New Business

A. Max will lose MaxKessler.Org domain name next month
Max will transfer the content to his Cyberman Software domain.
This could affect the GRLP mailing list
