Chris Edes was the only Independent Monroe county candidate to
successfully pass the Democrats petition challenge on both the nominating
& designating petitions. 

B. Audit The Fed Rally Update
Details: Tuesday 9/15 4pm @ the Senate Building on State Street
Goal: Audit the Fed petition signatures

C. U.N. Flag Burning Day
Tentative Details: Friday 10/23
Meeting: Monday 9/21 7pm Jay’s Diner in Henrietta

D. School Without Walls Photo-Op
Details: Wednesday 9/9 1:30pm
Chris Edes will tell students about his campaign experiences

E. Fair Campaign Pledge
Chris Edes will sign & fax the pledge on Wednesday 9/9

4. Bylaws Amendments (See Attachments)

A. Amendment 2009-1: Silver Coin Dues Payment 
Article 2.2: Accepted as is
Article 2.2.1: The word fraudulent was replaced with the word deficient
Article 2.2.2: The whole article was struck down
The amended version of Amendment 2009-1 passed by voice vote 5-0 with one
abstention.

B. Amendment 2009-2: Censure Process
Motion to refer Amendment 2009-2 to committee passes by voice vote 6-0
Chairmen appoints Joel S to chair the committee
Chris E will email his version of the amendment to all GRLP members

5. Unfinished Business

A. CSC Report by Marc J
Will consult with Ken Mathison of  S.C.O.P.E. for advice on rules of
disbursement 
Will file a No Activity report to NY

6. New Business

A. OPH Booth
Marc J & Max K will man an OPH booth at the Campaign for Liberty Freedom
Flicks event on Thursday 9/10 @ 5pm
