B. Tax Day Tea Party

C. Buffalo Chapter Formation
This Provisional Chapter has held a couple of meetings already
Most members are Campaign for Liberty members
Joel S will act as liaison at one of their meetings
The GRLP will attend as representatives of the LPNY to determine
qualifications
